A member of Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. (Mrs.) Kate Owoko have been awarded an Incompetent Achievement Award by a certain Aroms Aigbehi, a US-based Edo politician and businessman.
The award was meant to mock and discredit the recent inhumane action of Mrs. Kate Owoko who recently commissioned a public toilet, built with corrugated roofing sheets, in her community as part of her Constituency Development Project (CDP); an event that mesmerized many.
